jililivo Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings given below wherever they appear:

• "jililivo" – the online gaming platform operated at jililivo.best, including all associated services, games, betting markets and account systems.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" – any individual who registers an account or uses any part of the jililivo platform.
• "Account" – the registered profile created by a Player on jililivo, used to access games, place bets and manage funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" – any amount of PHP staked on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sports round or other gaming outcome offered on jililivo.
• "PHP" / "Pesos" – Philippine pesos, the sole currency used for all transactions, account balances and game stakes on jililivo.
• "Terms" – these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.
• "Platform" – the jililivo website, mobile-optimised browser experience and any associated services accessible at jililivo.best.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the jililivo registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement is between you and jililivo and governs every interaction you have with the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account or use the jililivo platform. Continued use of jililivo following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. jililivo recommends reviewing this page periodically.

3. Eligibility

Accounts that do not complete required verification within a reasonable period may be suspended until verification is provided.

Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not allow another person to access or use your jililivo account.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jililivo login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share these details with any other person, including family members and individuals claiming to represent jililivo support.

jililivo will never ask you to provide your full password via email, chat or telephone. Requests for your password from any channel should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

If you suspect that your jililivo account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jililivo immediately at support@jililivo.best so that appropriate protective action can be taken. You acknowledge that jililivo cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

Similarly, never share GCash PINs, Maya PINs, bank OTPs or other payment authentication codes with anyone. Payment security is your responsibility and a condition of using jililivo.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your jililivo account are made in Philippine pesos (PHP). jililivo accepts deposits through the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The following conditions apply to all jililivo deposits:

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered under your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be subject to investigation and potential return.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Check the jililivo cashier for the current minimum applicable to your chosen method before initiating a transaction.
• jililivo is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the stated processing window, contact support with transaction reference details.
• Deposits are subject to standard jililivo verification procedures. jililivo reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit pending identity or payment verification.

Deposited funds should only be used for gaming activity on jililivo. jililivo accounts are not e-wallets or savings instruments.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at jililivo are processed in Philippine pesos to a payment method registered under your own name. jililivo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal is processed, jililivo may require you to complete identity verification, payment method verification or both. Providing accurate documentation promptly will help avoid delays.

The following general conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method. Estimated timelines are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Check the cashier for current figures applicable to your chosen method.
• jililivo reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• jililivo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank or payment provider after funds have been dispatched from the platform.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method previously used for a deposit unless an exception is approved following account verification review.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game stakes placed through jililivo are subject to the rules set out in this section and to the specific game rules accessible within each product section of the platform.

Once a bet has been confirmed in the jililivo betslip or a casino game round has commenced, the stake is committed and cannot be withdrawn or altered. Please review all selections carefully before confirming any wager.

Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. For NBA and PBA basketball, official league results govern all settlements. For football, official match results at full time are used unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

Casino game outcomes — including slots, live baccarat, roulette and blackjack — are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game events overseen by a dealer. Game results are final once a round has completed and the outcome has been recorded by the platform.

9. Disputes and Errors

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly or that an error has occurred with a transaction or game round at jililivo, you must contact jililivo at support@jililivo.best within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

When submitting a dispute, include your account username, the relevant game or bet reference number, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of what you believe went wrong. jililivo will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

jililivo's review decision is final for operational disputes. Where a technical error has caused an incorrect settlement, jililivo will make the appropriate correction and notify affected players.

Disputes relating to payment processing that involve your bank or payment provider should be directed first to jililivo support. If jililivo support confirms that funds have been dispatched from the platform, resolution of onward delays rests with your payment provider.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililivo and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one account, including via different devices, names or payment methods.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical means to interact with the jililivo platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or display bugs to gain an advantage. Any wins resulting from a known or suspected system error must be reported to jililivo and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, collusion or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with jililivo betting markets.
• Attempting to launder funds or use jililivo for any purpose connected to financial crime.
• Facilitating access to jililivo by minors or other ineligible persons.
• Conduct that harasses, threatens or abuses other players or jililivo staff.

jililivo reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to applicable authorities.

11. Suspension and Termination

jililivo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification, suspicion of fraudulent activity or regulatory requirements.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, jililivo may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, jililivo may forfeit the balance in full or in part after returning original net deposits where this is consistent with applicable rules.

If jililivo closes an account for operational reasons not related to a breach of Terms, any remaining confirmed account balance will be returned to the player via a payment method registered under their name.

You may close your jililivo account at any time by contacting support@jililivo.best. Before requesting closure, withdraw any available balance first. Residual balances in closed accounts may be forfeited after a dormancy period in accordance with applicable rules.

12. Responsible Gaming

jililivo recognises that online gaming carries risks and is committed to providing a safer gaming environment for all Filipino players. jililivo provides access to responsible gaming tools and information through its dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

Available tools include deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion options. If you feel your gaming activity is becoming harmful, jililivo encourages you to make use of these tools or to contact support.

jililivo reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close an account where it identifies behaviour consistent with problem gaming, regardless of whether the player has formally requested assistance. 13. Privacy

14. Limitation of Liability

jililivo provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While jililivo works to maintain continuous, reliable access, it does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or periods of unavailability caused by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.

jililivo is not liable for losses of any kind — including financial losses from gaming outcomes, missed betting opportunities caused by technical issues, or losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

jililivo is not responsible for the gaming outcomes themselves. All games and betting markets carry inherent risk of loss for the player and jililivo does not guarantee any return on any wager.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jililivo's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by you in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of jililivo are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines. By registering and using jililivo, you consent to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any legal dispute that cannot be resolved through jililivo's internal dispute process.

16. Changes to These Terms

jililivo may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jililivo will provide reasonable notice — such as a notification on the platform or an email to your registered address — before the changes take effect.

The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects when the current version was published. If you continue to use jililivo after a revised version takes effect, you are treated as having accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
